What you will do:
Act as the “Single Point of Contact” for a select group of affluent/emerging affluent clients. Manage and develop a portfolio of relationships with target segments that leads to deposit and other revenue generating products and services to include wealth management. Identify opportunities by following the “CURES” needs-based sales process, utilizing the Client Needs Review (CNR) to document activities and conversations in CRM. Take a lead role in creating an “Extraordinary” client experience and assist assigned Financial Center(s) in meeting their sales objectives. Responsible for contributing to the team’s growth and profitability with extensive focus on management and growth of Book of Business, business development and client cross sell activities for the team. The Private Banker will manage and grow the Private Banking client base for a specific geographical area, consisting of multiple financial centers.
Bachelor Degree Preferred
Proficiency in sales and service techniques, including telemarketing consulting, prospecting and networking
Life license required; Health license preferred
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, experience with outside calling
Ability to work in a team environment
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services including developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources Proficiency in sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, prospecting and networking
Strong financial acumen, general knowledge of commercial lending to small businesses
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish credibility and rapport, excellent client contact skills
Strong time management skills
Strong PC skills
