What you will do:
Manage a team of Portfolio Managers to support and oversee the credit and risk management of the Team loan portfolio in full compliance with SNB policies, procedures and in a manner which contributes to SNB’s overall growth, risk management, and client retention goals. Responsible to assist MDs with the management of client relationships and portfolio risk management of the team with extensive focus on evaluating/structuring both existing and prospective CRE, C & I and real estate transactions within established SNB credit risk parameters. Help Team to identify opportunities to enhance the profitability of client relationships including cross-sell activities for the bank’s other products and services. Develop, train and supervise other Team Portfolio Managers with overall accountability for the effectiveness, productivity and level of employee satisfaction and performance as a team.

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Accounting or Business (a MBA is a plus)
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in commercial credit analysis and portfolio maintenance
1-3 years’ experience managing staff
Formal credit training is desired or relevant work-related experience
Strong demonstrated credit, oral and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of financial modeling
Attention to detail for asset monitoring and cash flow loan documentation, diligent and timely portfolio maintenance
Proven management track record when managing other Team PMs
Strong service orientation to Team and Clients
