What you will do:

Execute a comprehensive new business development plan targeted to healthcare providers in the United States. Responsible for contributing to the team’s growth and profitability with extensive focus on new client acquisition, developing referral sources and deepening of existing relationships through client cross sell activities. Focus on evaluating/structuring prospective healthcare asset-based and term loan transactions within established SNB credit risk parameters.

Required Skills

  • A B.S. or B.A. degree is required.

  • Previous Healthcare Lending experience is desirable, but comparable functional experience in Asset-Based Lending or Leverage Lending is acceptable.

  • Formal credit training is preferred, however, previous portfolio/client management experience with strong demonstrated credit skills is a potential substitute for formal credit training.

  • Individual should have at least 5 years of related experience
