What you will do:
A functional analyst in IT Applications is a subject matter expert (SME) primarily responsible for quality assurance (or QA) of several front line software solutions and for closely following the Bank’s software development life cycle (SDLC). Additional responsibilities will vary on an individual basis and will be centered on understanding and being able to administer and add value to the various platforms in use throughout the bank. It is expected that these individuals will continue to grow their technical and training skill set to be able to deliver and generate leverage for the Bank’s product suite throughout the enterprise.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years in front line or front line support
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Excellent organizational skills
Positive attitude to team working
Self-motivated, with a desire to always deliver a quality service
A working understand of Windows desktop and server
A working understanding of VDI platforms
A working understanding of wide range of computer hardware including mobile devices
PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Maintains knowledge technology best practices, SDLC, ITIL and industry standards. Makes recommendations in the area of systems standards and procedures.
Highly versatile, be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
