What you will do:

Primary responsibility to be the facilitator to a Commercial Lending Team and the Team’s Relationship Manager for the closing of CBL and commercial lending transactions from beginning to end in accordance with applicable regulations and Bank policy. Review of legal documentation, scheduling of the closing, the processing of all fees and all required reporting. Participate in new procedures, which will improve process and foster superior Customer Service. Practice and promote integrity and ethical behavior.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Business Administration or equivalent work experience. Paralegal Certificate recommended

  • 3-5 years’ experience closing Commercial Mortgage Real Estate Loans, Construction Loans and Commercial Loans, Participations/Syndications, Lines of Credit and Term Loans

  • Knowledge of Commercial and Consumer Regulatory Requirements, business practices and product information preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.

  • Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

  • Excellent decision-making skills.

  • Effective time management, organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite and certifications as applicable to the position.
