What you will do:

Take your career beyond the ordinary to the extraordinary by bringing new ideas and innovation to HR data reporting and analytics. As someone with passion and expertise in data and analytics, you will be a champion for data, bring intellectual curiosity about data, deliver value through data to our businesses, help influence decisions, improve processes, solve challenges and support strategic initiatives. You will create and maintain advanced level report designs and dashboards using SQL and HCM report writer.

Using technology to enhance operational efficiency across functional areas will be critical to your success. As the HR Systems and Analytics Lead, you will also be responsible for the support, maintenance and configuration of the HR system including data uploads, rollout and testing of updates and enhancements.

  • Develop and publish reports and dashboards according to stakeholders’ requirements. Provide strong analytical and reporting support for the HR team to help identify opportunities to affect business results, change processes and support strategic initiatives. Maintain and refine the reporting activities of the team.

  • Manage and create queries/reporting in HCM; administer development, automation and publishing of advanced reports from various HR systems using SQL and other analytics tools; develop and design dashboards

  • In conjunction with the HRIS and Operations Manager, analyze and interpret reporting trends to obtain actionable metrics and translate them into insightful data narrative

  • Manage and administer the overall availability, usability and integrity and security of the HR data employed in the enterprise. Serve as the primary day-to-day subject matter expert for HR data processes, procedures and all HCM modules. Continually optimize HR processes and recommend solutions that will demonstrate value to the enterprise and improves the bottom line.

  • Manage quality assurance and audit processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy and protection.

  • Administer HR system maintenance, changes, upgrades and releases, including communication to stakeholders of the business processes impacted by the changes and other related downstream impacts.

  • Escalation point for trouble-shooting, including but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; lead solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

  • Owns the interfaces between internal applications and 3 rd party vendors, as well as between multiple internal systems. Troubleshoot issues and errors. Monitor systems for problems, manage alerts and system downtime. Identify and implement corrective action.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members on HR system maintenance and the use and interpretation of metrics and analytics. Assist team with end-user support for systems configuration, access issues, application errors and data problems.

  • Lead new projects implementations and functionality uptake; seeing projects through the full lifecycle and leading requirements gathering, configuration, testing, UAT and post-production support.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. Observe security policies in accessing, securing and protecting confidential and sensitive information including the monitoring of access.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems or other business related field.

  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience creating robust HR data analytics tools (dashboards, scorecards, etc.) to help business stakeholders better understand data; strong ability to tell a story through data is required

  • 3-5 years advanced HRIS experience or a functional HR Technology role using HCM Applications such as Oracle Fusion, OTBI, Workday; experience with Oracle HCM Fusion, fast formula, data loader and Oracle BI tools preferred

  • 3+ years working experience of SQL including creation/execution of queries, inserts, updates, deletes, navigating database tables

  • Extensive practical knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), BI Reporting, Tableau
